SHIPPING POLICY

We dispatch orders next day with Evri. Most orders will arrive on time and often earlier. But please ensure you order well in time if you need your order for a certain date. We cannot replace or re-send orders until 10 working days from despatch. You can use the tracking number to check on your parcel.

RETURN POLICY

We are not responsible for a parcel if we have been given the wrong delivery address. We are also not responsible if parcels are held up by the postal services. We will refund the full value of the product if it is damaged or there is something missing or we will arrange for an exchange and we will cover postage costs. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss any issues.
